I have given 1 star, and the system is still glitchy, but Mike from the support team helped me out! I appreciate the refund and the extras! All I want is the glitches fixed! But he explained it takes time! I'm ok with that, with the credits he gave me!Update: sooooo glitchy!!! It freezes with the tornado power up and then I can't get anymore power ups during my game. So frustrating. Sometimes will do this on the money bag power up! This seriously needs to be fixed! I understand it takes time to fix the glitches... but this app has been glitchy for years and that's entirely too long!Update: WHEN WILL THEY FIX THE POWER-UP GLITCHES?!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Love playing but if I get the tornado I can't use any more power ups, which makes it near impossible to bingo! So annoying! Going to delete! And if they decide to finally fix it, maybe I'll come back! My gosh!

The game is great. But there are some issues that are starting to annoy me. More and more every day the game room freezes up when you purchase the tickets and then you can’t do anything but close the app to get out of the situation. You have lost all those tickets. I’ve searched endlessly trying to find a way to get in touch with Customer service because there’s also a problem with the power ups. The number of power ups that I have available that I have purchased changes. And it doesn’t change because I’ve used them changes from game to game. I can have hundreds of one power up in one game and then suddenly I have 24 in the next. Why do you guys make it so hard to get in touch with you? I work hard for my tickets and I don’t want to lose them. The game room that offers those tokens kicks you out of the game every single time. I have lost so many tickets trying to get into this game so that I can gain tokens. But again I cannot figure out how to get in touch with the makers of this app so I can solve my problem and refund me my lost tickets. I have no idea how many hundreds of tickets I have lost and I’m mad.

This used to be my absolute favorite. Then for some reason it stopped functioning properly. I know the developers could fix it but I wonder why they just stopped. I’m glad that it somewhat works on my laptop but it would be nice to play with real people not just the same old bots I remember from forever ago although that does give it a nice nostalgic familiarity to it. Down load our game and if you have problem we’ll I guess delete it. Very disappointing, have several screen shots over the past couple of days of multiple BINGOS but the system is frozen and you get nothing and my new favorite You have a session open on another device which I don’t and I have forced stop and deleted and reinstalled to the same message. Delete it for a second time. Just save your time and get a different game.
